How do I return my order?

Upon delivery, please record a video while opening your package and inspect the condition of the products. Verify that the number of packages matches what is listed on the delivery note. We kindly ask you to retain the original packaging in case a return is needed, as it must be disassembled and packed with filler padding in its original packaging.


If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to initiate a return. All items must be returned unworn and unused (this includes washing).


In any case where you wish to request a return, please notify our customer service team. Our Customer Service Team is available for you Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CET.
