Delivery & Order

What are delivery methods, times and costs? In which countries do you deliver?

  • Spain (Peninsula): 6 euros. Free for orders for over 150 euros.
  • Ceuta y Melilla, Andorra y Gibraltar and Balearic islands: 10 euros. Free for orders for over 150 euros.

Shipping costs will be those estimated in the breakdown of the total purchase price based on the destination of the shipment and these are the responsibility of the customer, and will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order has been placed.

 

Who can receive my order?

Anyone at the designated delivery address can receive the order, and the carrier will collect the recipient's signature 


Orders cannot be delivered to an alternate address (e.g., a neighbour or service point) unless you specified this at the time of placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the delivery address.

Possible Delays

Delays beyond the original delivery estimates may occur due to customs clearance procedures. We will notify you promptly via email with any updates.

  

Order Processing and cancellation

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Amae will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged, incomplete or faulty item in my order?

Upon delivery, please record a video while opening your package and inspect the condition of the products. Verify that the number of packages matches what is listed on the delivery note. We kindly ask you to retain the original packaging in case a return is needed. 


If you notice any issues, please contact our customer service immediately. Send us the unboxing video along with photos of the product and its packaging, and we will work together to find a solution.
