How do I return my order?
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to initiate a return. In any case where you wish to request a return, please notify our customer service team and we will guide you through the process.

Should I bear the costs for the return shipping?
Free return shipping is not available. If the product is not damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You have two options:
- Arrange the return shipment with any carrier of your choice.
- We can provide a return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Will taxes be refunded?
We will refund the full amount of the product on the payment method used at the time of purchase, including taxes.
Can I cancel my order or an item from my order?
Your order cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been confirmed.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to initiate a return. All items must be returned unworn and unused (this includes washing).
For hygiene reasons, returns may be rejected if the adhesive label has been removed or if the item is stained. All refunds are subject to quality assurance checks, and any returns that fail to meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the item is received at our warehouse, our Customer Service team will notify you to confirm its arrival and initiate the refund process. Refund times may vary depending on your bank.
