Purple Clay Coffee Essentials: Perfecting Taste and Aroma Over Time

Crafted from exclusive Yinxin Zisha clay, also known as purple clay and discovered during the Northern Song Dynasty (1000-1200 A.D.) in China, these pieces offer superior insulation and enhance beverage flavors and aromas. When fired, Zisha clay develops a fine, sandy texture that retains heat better than ordinary ceramics and absorbs traces of the beverage. This process enriches the flavor over time, while the unglazed, earthy surface gradually absorbs the aroma, providing a personalized and rich experience with each use.
